At my suggestion, a National Dairy Publicity Council is being set up to promote increased consumption of milk and dairy products on the home market. The legal formalities for the establishment of the council are almost completed and I expect that the Council will come into existence in the course of the next week or two. I am confident that the council will then lose no time in commencing its promotional work.
