Vol. 210 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Opening Hours of Court Offices.

47.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Justice when alterations will be made in the Rules of Courts to bring the hours of opening of court offices into line with the hours of business of the Civil Service generally consequent on the introduction of the five-day week.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply given by the Minister for Finance today to questions on the subject of the five-day week for the Civil Service.

I should like to raise on the Adjournment the subject matter of Question No. 10 on yesterday's Order Paper.

You are no longer a member of the NFA.

We will deal with that later on.

In view of the unsatisfactory reply I got from the Minister, I should like to raise the subject matter of Question No. 46 on today's Order Paper on the Adjournment.

I shall communicate with the Deputies.
