asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the urgent need for a pedestrian crossing on Howth Road at the Catholic Church, Raheny, Dublin; and what action is being taken in the matter.

Sanction to the provision of pedestrian-operated lights at this point has been notified to the Dublin Corporation.
