Vol. 212 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Nenagh (Tipperary) Telephone Subscribers.

42.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if the grave dissatisfaction that exists amongst telephone users in Nenagh town, County Tipperary has been brought to his notice; and, if so, what action his Department intend to take in the matter.

Since June last only two complaints have been received from telephone subscribers at Nenagh. One was about faults on a subscriber's telephone and the other was about charges in a subscriber's account. If the Deputy will furnish me with particulars of any complaints that may have been brought to his notice I will have them investigated.

Were there any complaints from people who had applied for telephones and who had not had them installed?

That is, in the Nenagh area?

This question refers to telephone users in the Nenagh area?

That question has not been asked.

Because the Minister could not answer it.

Put it down.

We will. I will bring the Minister in on it on the Adjournment tonight. Will that not be nice?
