Vol. 214 No. 7

Committee on Finance. - Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Bill, 1965: Money Resolution.

I move:

That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to extend the period during which the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956, continues in force.

The Money Resolution has not been ordered but I suggest that commonsense should waive that.

To take the Committee Stage, we must take the Money Resolution.

That would be my view. Let commonsense prevail.

Question put and agreed to.
Resolution reported and agreed to.
Bill put through Committee, reported without amendment, received for final consideration and passed.
