De bhua alt 14 den Acht Toghcháin, 1963, measadh Pádraig Ó hÓgáin a bheith tofa mar dhuine de na comhaltaí do Dháilcheantar an Chláir.

By virtue of section 14 of the Electoral Act, 1963, Patrick Hogan has been deemed to have been elected as one of the members for the Constituency of Clare.

I gcomhlíonadh Buan-Ordú Uimh. 138 de na Buan-Orduithe i dtaobh Gnó Phoiblí, tá orm a chraoladh gur toghadh Eibhlín Bean Uí Dheasmhumhnaigh chun na Seachtú Dála Déag sa Chorrthoghchán a cuireadh ar siúl an 10 Márta, 1965, do Dháilcheantar Chorcaí Láir. Shínigh Bean Uí Dheasmhumhnaigh Rolla na gComhaltaí ach níor ghlac sí a suíochán toisc go ndearnadh an Dáil a lánscor ar an 18 Márta, 1965.

In compliance with Standing Order No. 138 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, I have to announce that Eileen Desmond was elected to the Seventeenth Dáil at the Bye-Election held on 10th March, 1965, for the Constituency of Mid-Cork. Mrs. Desmond signed the Roll of Members but did not take her seat because of the dissolution of the Dáil on 18th March, 1965.

I gcomhlíonadh Buan-Ordú Uimh. 4 de na Buan-Orduithe i dtaobh Gnó Phoiblí, táim tar éis cóipeanna de na hEascairí Toghcháin agus de na freagraí a formhuiníodh orthu a leagan os comhair na Dála.

In compliance with Standing Order No. 4 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, I have laid before the Dáil copies of the writs of Election and the returns endorsed thereon.
