I move:
That in connection with allowance of exemptions from capital and transfer stamp duty in case of reconstructions or amalgamations of companies, provision may be made so that, in cases specified in the Act giving effect to this Resolution, an amount equal to duty remitted shall become a debt due to the Minister for Finance for the benefit of the Central Fund and shall be recoverable with interest.
