Mr. P. Hogan

(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state in respect of Irish flour mills (1) the names of flourmilling firms in operation five years ago giving in each case at that time (a) the production figure for the appropriate year, and (b) the capacity figure for that period; and (2) the names of flourmilling firms in operation at present giving in each case (a) the production figure for the last available 12 months, and (b) the capacity figure over such 12 month period.
