I move:
That in pursuance of Standing Order No. 75 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business the Committee on Procedure and Privileges be appointed; that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the said Standing Order the Committee shall consist of the Ceann Comhairle and thirteen other members; and that six shall constitute a quorum.
