The Lough Gara and Mantua area forms part of the Boyle catchment a survey of which was commenced in 1963 and is still proceeding. As stated in my reply to the Deputy on 25th May, it is expected that a scheme for the Boyle catchment will be ready by the end of 1967, and, if it proves acceptable, work will start in 1968.
