Vol. 217 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Prices of Commodities and Services.

62.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce the commodities and services the prices of which are controlled or regulated under any enactment, any instrument made thereunder or in discharge of any statutory duty.

The only commodity over which I exercise statutory control at present is bottled milk, delivered to the purchaser otherwise than at the vendor's premises in the Dublin Sale District. This control is exercised at retail level. It does not apply to highest grade milk or to milk sold in receptacles of a capacity of a half-pint or less.
