I am informed by the Electricity Supply Board that the Tunnel Road district is part of the Board's Castletownbere rural area which is at present being recanvassed under the revised post-development scheme. It is hoped that the recanvass will be completed before the end of the year and it is likely that supply will be extended to the Tunnel Road district before the end of 1966.
