Vol. 217 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Civil Service Salary Claims.

24.

asked the Minister for Finance what Civil Service claims are awaiting determination at arbitration or conciliation level; and when it is expected they will be determined.

It would be necessary to approach all Departments to ascertain particulars of claims awaiting determination at conciliation level and the extraction and assembly of this data would require an entirely disproportionate amount of time and effort.

Particulars of claims on which arbitration has been requested and which have not yet been referred to the Arbitration Board are contained in a tabular statement which, with your permission, a Leas-Cheann Comhairle, I propose to have circulated with the Official Report.

I have nothing to add to my reply to Question No. 5 of 20th May, 1965, as to when it is expected that these claims will be determined.

Following is the statement:—
