I move:
That a sum not exceeding £4,015,400 be granted to complete the sum necessary to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending 31st March, 1966, for Secondary Education, including the Teachers' Salaries Grant, Capitation Grant, Incremental Salary to Secondary Teachers and Grant to Secondary Teachers' Pension Fund.
