asked the Minister for Local Government (i) the total number of flats in Mount Pleasant Buildings, Dublin, (ii) the number legally occupied, (iii) the number illegally occupied, and (iv) the number of transfers to and from Mountpleasant Buildings in the past six months.

I understand that there are 246 flats in Mountpleasant Buildings, of which 244 are legally occupied and two are illegally occupied. During the past six months there were four transfers to Mountpleasant Buildings and two transfers from them.

asked the Minister for Local Government (i) the total number of flats in Keogh Square, Dublin, (ii) the number legally occupied, (iii) the number illegally occupied, and (iv) the number of transfers to and from Keogh Square in the past six months.

I understand that there are 236 dwellings in Keogh Square, comprising 182 flats and 54 cottages, of which 227 are legally occupied and five are illegally occupied. Four are vacant. During the past six months, there were four transfers to Keogh Square and eight transfers from it.
