Óglaigh Náisiúnta na hÉireann were invited by the 1916 Commemoration Committee to marshal the public, non-military parade planned for Easter Sunday morning and the Dublin school-children's parade planned for Sunday, 17th April next. I am glad of this opportunity to thank them publicly for their prompt acceptance of that invitation.
