Vol. 220 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of County Tipperary Estates.

44.

asked the Minister for Lands what is the position regarding the Hennessy Estate, Outrath, Cahir, County Tipperary; and when it is likely that it will be divided.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a previous question on 23rd November last about this 111 acre property. Inquiries are being arranged to ascertain what further action can be taken but it is not possible just now to forecast what the outcome will be.

45.

asked the Minister for Lands when it is proposed to divide the Hyland Estate, Barnahown, Araglen, County Tipperary.

This 19 acre property was surrendered to the Land Commission last March in exchange for a new holding. Pending completion of the necessary inquiries on the ground I am unable to say when the scheme of division can be planned.
