asked the Minister for Lands when the remaining portion of the Slattery Estate, Killeik, Fethard, County Tipperary will be divided among the smallholders of the locality.

asked the Minister for Lands when the division of the Cooper Estate, Knockavilla, County Tipperary will take place.

With your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 34 and 35 together.

Schemes are being formulated and it is hoped that the lands, comprising 177 acres on the Cooper Estate and 60 acres—the balance of the Slattery Estate—will be allotted in the current year.

asked the Minister for Lands when the division of the Phelan Estate, Castlegrace, County Tipperary will take place.

This estate, comprising 52 acres, was divided last week.
