Vol. 220 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Housing for Farmers.

29.

asked the Minister for Local Government (a) the number of houses built throughout the State under the scheme for farmers whose poor law valuation is under five pounds, (b) by what local authorities these houses have been built, and (c) the date the scheme was introduced.

Up-to-date information is not available in my Department in the form requested by the Deputy. I have asked housing authorities to supply the information and will forward it to the Deputy when it is received. The scheme was introduced in October, 1963.
