(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Finance if he will state (a) total Government expenditure (current and capital) for each financial year, with projections for the year 1966-67, over the past decade, (b) the amount of this expenditure provided for from receipts (current and capital) for each year, (c) the overall budgetary deficit, current and capital, for each year, (d) the amount raised by the net creation of debt through all forms of loans, issues, advances or other forms of borrowing for each year, and (e) the total annual amount raised each year by local authorities by rates.
