Vol. 222 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Sale of County Limerick Farm.

31.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will refuse to sanction the sale of the O'Dwyer farm at Farnasuiter, Ballylanders, County Limerick on the grounds (1) that one of the purchasers has 90 acres already with 35 cows and 35 cattle, (2) that the purchaser with the least land has 60 acres and 22 cows and a number of dry stock, (3) that one purchaser has his land let and is working in a creamery, and (4) that one purchaser is a butcher.

So far, an application for the consent of the Land Commission to the subdivision of this property under section 12 of the Land Act, 1965 has not been received. If and when an application is received it will be considered on its merits.
