Does the Parliamentary Secretary know I have a letter in my possession giving me a similar undertaking in March last and that nothing has happened since? Could he say when the building of this school commenced?
The contractor in whose hands this job is has agreed to other arrangements whereby the works he has in mind will be carried out.
