Vol. 223 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Tipperary Vocational School.

35.

asked the Minister for Education if there are proposals before his Department for additional accommodation for Tipperary town vocational school; and, if so, when steps will be taken to provide this accommodation.

The County Tipperary (South Riding) Vocational Education Committee was authorised in August, 1964, to seek a site for a new vocational school at Tipperary. No proposal has been received yet in my Department to acquire a particular site.

A proposal from the committee was received in my Department on 27th June last to erect a prefabricated classroom at Tipperary. This proposal is under consideration.
