There has been no change in the position since my reply to the Deputy's question of 1st March, 1966.

asked the Minister for Local Government when he hopes to be able to approve the contract documents for the extension of the sewerage scheme to Kilberry, Athy, County Kildare.
Following discussions between technical officers of my Department and the housing authority, the Council were asked by letter dated 1st April, 1966, to reconsider certain aspects of the design and specification of the scheme. A reply to this letter is awaited.

asked the Minister for Local Government when he expects to be in a position to approve the preliminary report of the extensions on category No. 2 water supply, County Kildare.
The preliminary report in respect of the scheme referred to by the Deputy is at present under examination in my Department. This scheme is a very complex one and I am not yet in a position to say when the examination will be completed.
