Vol. 224 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Leitrim Traffic Signs.

11.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will have stop signs erected at Drumkeeran, Dromahair and Kinlough, County Leitrim, as all three villages have a heavy passing traffic from May to October.

The provision of traffic signs is a matter for the road authority concerned who act at the request, or with the consent, of the Commissioner of the Garda Síochána. The question of providing "Stop" signs in the villages in question will be referred to the road authority and the Garda Commissioner for their attention.
