asked the Minister for Finance what action was taken on the report of the inspectors appointed pursuant to Section 109 of the Companies Act, 1908 in respect of Irish Estates Limited; and if any further action is contemplated.

Following on the report of the inspectors appointed pursuant to section 109 of the Companies (Consolidation) Act, 1908, in respect of Irish Estates Limited, four directors retired from office and some months later the company was wound up.

No further action is contemplated.
