Are we to add that to the national debt of £715 million?
That is a separate question and does not arise.
I have already described the Deputy as one of the hookiest statisticians in this House. I should not like to take any figure he would give as accurate.
What would be said if I were to refer to the Minister as the hookiest Minister in this House?
