(South Tipperary) asked the Taoiseach if he will state, for the years ended 31st March, 1965, and 31st March, 1966, the annual investment in housing construction, the annual investment as a percentage of gross national product for each year, and the number of new housing units per 1,000 of the population during each year.

I propose with your permission, Sir, to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving the available information.

Following is the statement:
