Could the Taoiseach say what days the House will be sitting next week? Has any agreement been reached as yet?
Business of Dáil.
The intention was to sit Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but an approach was made by the Opposition to confine it to two days. I am prepared to accommodate the Opposition, if the business to be got through is finished.
Could the Taoiseach indicate to the Opposition what business is to be got through?
The Supplementary Estimates.
There was a general discussion as to whether two days would suffice next week. There was nothing agreed. Perhaps the business could be finished in two days, with a long day on Wednesday.
That is quite possible.
Is it proposed to resume the Road Traffic Bill next week?
No.
