Vol. 227 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - River Moy Drainage Scheme.

31.

asked the Minister for Finance if the tributary of the Moy known as Owenaugher or Black River from Masshill to Drumartin, Co. Sligo, which was surveyed, is part of the Moy arterial drainage scheme.

The Owenaugher River from its junction with the Moy to Masshill was surveyed but in designing the scheme it was found that only the portion up to a point about 600 yards above Bellanagraugh Bridge justified inclusion on economic grounds.
