Vol. 227 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Stillorgan (Dublin) Estate.

20.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware of the condition of Dale Park, Stillorgan, Dublin; and if he will as a matter of urgency investigate the possibility of having this estate taken in charge by the local authority concerned.

I assume the Deputy refers to the Redesdale Garden Estate. This estate was taken in charge by Dublin County Council some years ago. There are in the estate some laneways which have not been taken in charge. I am informed that it is not the practice of the council to take such laneways in charge in housing estates.
