Seanad Éireann has agreed to the amendments made by Dáil Éireann to the Criminal Procedure Bill, 1965, consequential upon its acceptance of Seanad amendment No. 6. It did not insist on amendment No. 3 and it has agreed to the amendment made by Dáil Éireann consequential upon its disagreement to amendment No. 3.
