asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have considered the propriety of dividing the Cawley Estate, Cloughjordan, County Tipperary.

Proceedings were instituted by the Land Commission some months ago for the acquisition of this 215 acre property but it is not possible at present to indicate what the outcome will be. The question of price is being arranged and negotiations to that end will soon commence.

asked the Minister for Lands what recent steps have been taken by the Land Commission regarding the Goor Estate, Portroe, Nenagh, County Tipperary.

Proceedings have been instituted by the Land Commission for the acquisition of this 188 acre property; an objection has been lodged on behalf of the owner and is at present pending for disposal.
