Vol. 229 No. 8

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1, 2, 3, 13 and 14—Vote 37.

Is No. 17 not included?

On the Order of Business, Sir, might I be permitted to raise on the Adjournment whichever subject you deem appropriate—Question No. 32 or Questions Nos. 10 to 64 of last Tuesday? The Minister for Local Government answered No. 32 as part of a general block.

It is not proposed that the House should sit next week in view of the local elections.

That is handy. I should like to give notice that on the Adjournment, with your permission, I wish to raise the matter of the action of the Minister for Local Government in sanctioning an exorbitant increase in rents applicable to widows of deceased Dublin Corporation tenants.

I shall communicate with both Deputies in the course of the forenoon.
