The new grant in lieu of secondary school fees will be paid to the school managers in two instalments within each school year. The first instalment for the school year 1967-68 will amount to about one-third of the total and will be paid within this financial year.
The existing capitation grants will be paid as heretofore after the end of the school year. Thus these grants for the school year 1966-67 will be paid in full in the present financial year.
