Vol. 230 No. 7

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order, Nos. 1, 2, 3, 9, 10—Votes 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 8 and 47. If not already reached it is proposed to interrupt business at 6 p.m. to take No. 10— Votes 20 to 25, inclusive, 8 and 47— and to resume the order at 8 p.m.

Might I inquire if it is the intention of the Minister for Justice, before the resumption of the debate here on his Estimate, to make available to the House the report of the commission on the incidents in the Cork Garda station which I understand has been in his hands for some time?

I presume the Deputy might have read my statement in the national newspapers last week to the effect that one of the members of the Tribunal has taken ill in recent weeks and this is causing delay in furnishing me with the report.

You have not got the report?

I have not got the report.

Then you cannot make it available.

I understand it is only a matter of weeks.

If you have not got it, you cannot make it available.
