Vol. 231 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions (Resumed). - Dairy Disposal Company Plants.

7.

asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries whether the Dairy Disposal Company plan to extend the milk processing capacity of their plants at Lansdowne, County Limerick; and, if so, if he will give details of these plans.

Arrangements are well-advanced for increasing the milkprocessing capacity of the Lansdowne factory of the Dairy Disposal Company and it is hoped that the extra capacity will be available early next season. This extra capacity will enable the factory to process about 25 per cent more milk than was processed in 1966.
