I have to inform the Dáil that Deputy Patrick Donegan has been selected as Representative of the Nineteenth Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe in place of Deputy Denis Jones, who has resigned on his election as Leas-Cheann Comhairle, and that Deputy Mark Clinton has been selected as Substitute to this Session in the place of Deputy Donegan.
