Vol. 231 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Estate.

31.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have acquired the O'Donnell estate, Castlegrace, Clogheen, County Tipperary; and, if not, what land has been acquired in this area in the past 12 months.

Proceedings were instituted recently for the acquisition of the O'Donnell estate which comprises 38 acres. The appropriate statutory notices have been published and will be served on the owner at an early date.

An area of 72 acres in this locality, which was secured by the surrender of three holdings in exchange for other lands, was allotted last March.
