The total net indebtedness of all local authorities, excluding harbour authorities, vocational education committees and committees of agriculture, at the 31st March, 1967, is estimated at £210.17 million. The amount necessary to service that debt in the year ended 31st March, 1967, is estimated at £15.59 million.
