asked the Minister for Social Welfare the total contribution by the State, excluding contributions by employers and employees to the social insurance and wet time insurance funds, to expenditure by his Department on social assistance and social insurance benefits for each year from 1958-59 to 1966-67; and the estimated expenditure for 1967-68.
