I move:
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to provide for the establishment and operation at certain harbours of centres in which to promote, develop and carry on sea fishing, the processing, packing and selling of fish, the manufacture of products derived from fish and related activities and to provide for matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
