asked the Minister for Lands if he will state, in regard to the proceedings for the compulsory acquisition of the Goor estate of Gerry-kennedy, Portroe, County Tipperary, whether the owner's objection to the proceedings has yet been determined.

: The answer is in the negative. Determination of the objection has been deferred pending consideration of the question of price and other matters in relation to this 188-acre property which have been raised by the owner.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission now have proposals for the acquisition and division of the Webb estate at Portroe, Nenagh, County Tipperary; and if he will state the up-to-date position.

: Proceedings for the acquisition of this 77-acre estate are nearing completion; price has been agreed and possession will be taken in a few months time.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission now have proposals for the acquisition and division of the Donovan or Grant estate at Gurtagarry, Toomevara, County Tipperary; and if he will state the up-to-date position.

: Proceedings are in progress for the compulsory acquisition of this 250 acre property but it is not possible at this stage to state what the outcome will be.
