Pursuant to Standing Order 71 of the Standing Orders of the Dáil and the Seanad relative to Private Business, we, the Ceann Comhairle of the Dáil and the Cathaoirleach of the Seanad, jointly appoint Deputy Gerard Sweetman to be Chairman of the Joint Committee on the Institution of Civil Engineers of Ireland (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1968.
