Mr. S. Dunne

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will immediately introduce more effective price control on essential commodities, especially food, medicines and drugs.

Mr. Colley

I do not consider it practicable, at present, to make changes in the price control system which is operating as effectively as possible, in present conditions.
