Vol. 236 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Limerick Telephone Kiosk.

19.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when he intends to provide a telephone kiosk for the estates serving Keyes Park and Kincora Park, Limerick.

It is hoped to provide the kiosk early next year.

Would the Minister tell us who makes the final decision with regard to the erection of these telephone kiosks?

The final decision is my responsibility. The officers of my Department prepare the necessary data.

Can you not take into consideration the demands of the people in the local area?

Every consideration is given to the demands of the people in local areas. We are establishing about 100 kiosks per year in the country.

You should be decorated for it.
