Vol. 236 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Rates on Limerick Farms.

33.

Mr. O'Malley

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will take steps to alleviate the position of the many farmers with land inside the borough boundary of Limerick who at present receive only limited remission of rates, when their land, if situate outside the borough boundary, would in most cases be free of rates.

The introduction of legislation to provide for such a change is not at present proposed.
