The foregoing represent the main groups of workers employed by my Department. There are, however, various other categories for whom the question of overtime has not arisen. It is the practice of my Department, in fixing rates of pay, to have regard to the rates payable in comparable outside employment in the area concerned and this practice would be followed if the question of overtime for any of these employees arose.

I wish to give notice that I desire to raise the subject matter of Question No. 15 yesterday, on the Adjournment.

The Chair will communicate with the Deputy.
