Vol. 238 No. 3

Ceisteanna — Questions. Oral Answers. - Tipperary County Managers.

15.

(South Tipperary) asked the Minister for Local Government the present position in respect of county council managerships in South Tipperary; and the reason for the delay in allowing South Tipperary County Council to secede from the joint managership with North Tipperary County Council as it has requested.

An Order has been made effecting the de-grouping of Tipperary (NR) and Tipperary (SR) for management purposes, from 1st April, 1969. The delay involved was occasioned by the need to consult all interests involved.
