Vol. 239 No. 14

Industrial Relations Bill, 1966: Fifth Stage.

Question proposed: "That the Bill do now pass."

The Chair is advised to direct the attention of the Minister to line 13 of the Bill.

There appears to be a word omitted in line 13 in the phrase "from time to time". It seems that the word "time" has been left out. This is on page 2. Perhaps the Minister would like to move an amendment now to save having to bring the Bill back to the House again?

I move the following amendment:

In page 2, line 13, after "from" to insert "time".

Amendment agreed to.
Question: "That the Bill, as amended, do now pass", put and agreed to.
